The cases on this page are results from our HVAC work, each named and linked to the client's live site so you can look for yourself. An owner reading them should ask two questions: what lever produced this result, and does that lever apply to my company? We have tried to answer both. None of these figures is a promise of what your company will see.

HVACDeal.ca: return on spend you can count
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows. Lead volume and return on spend can be measured together, so marketing is judged by what it brings back, not by impressions or clicks.
What transfers. The scorecard idea. If you track marketing spend per booked install for each equipment line, you can move budget toward the line that returns the most. The Owner KPI scorecard is built around exactly that number.
CombiBoiler.ca: owning a specific equipment niche
Three numbers describe CombiBoiler.ca: a 300% ROI, more than 300 leads a month, and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler searches.
What it shows. A single equipment niche, marketed deeply, can produce steady demand. Hundreds of first-page rankings come from covering a topic thoroughly, not from one clever page.
What transfers. If your growth plan says to grow boilers or combi boilers, this is the model: dedicated pages, detailed content and a clear identity in that niche. It matters most in provinces where boilers are a meaningful minority, such as Saskatchewan or the Maritimes, according to Statistics Canada's heating-system data on our provincial pages.
CanroHeat.ca: steady lead growth
CanroHeat.ca saw 250% lead growth.
What it shows. A heating company's enquiry flow can grow substantially when the website, local search and campaigns work together.
What transfers. Lead growth only helps if the company can serve it. Before scaling enquiries the way CanroHeat did, check the capacity plan: extra leads in January that you can't answer are wasted spend.
BCWide.ca: speed
BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.
What it shows. Some gains arrive quickly once the basics are fixed, such as an accurate business profile, a clear website and campaigns aimed at the right searches.
What transfers. A quarter is long enough to see movement. That is why the Quarterly owner review runs on a ninety-day cycle: one quarter to act, one review to judge.
Roma Heating & Cooling: organic traffic over a year
Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.
What it shows. Search traffic built through content and site structure compounds over a year, and it keeps working in months when paid budgets are cut.
What transfers. For seasonal businesses, organic traffic is a hedge against the shoulder months. It keeps enquiries coming when you pull back paid spend, which the capacity plan often recommends in the weeks you can't serve more work.
What none of these cases show
These cases are evidence for the marketing side of the work: enquiries, rankings and return on spend that were measured and reported. We don't present them as proof of any particular scorecard, brief or growth plan. The planning services on this site add the decisions about where to point marketing like this.
Reading results honestly
Results like these depend on the starting point. A company with no website can triple its leads more easily than one already doing well. A small market has a lower ceiling than a large one. And seasonality can make any single quarter look better or worse than it is.
So when we report your results, we compare each quarter with the same quarter a year earlier, split by equipment line, and we note anything unusual, such as a mild winter or a program closing. That is the same discipline we apply to public data.

Frequently asked questions
Are these results typical?
We don't claim they are. They are real results for named clients, and each started from its own market and baseline. We show them as evidence that the method works, not as a forecast.
Can I see more case studies?
Yes. The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each client site is linked so you can look at it yourself.
Why only numbers and links, with no quotes or ratings?
Because a named result with a live site is something you can check yourself. We would rather you visit the client sites and judge them than read praise you can't verify.
How would you measure results for my company?
On your own scorecard, split by furnace, boiler and heat pump work: enquiries, quotes won, installs and marketing spend per booked install. Results are judged against your past quarters, not someone else's.
