The quickest way to reach us is a text to (604) 632-4959. You can also call the same number or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. You will reach a senior strategist, not a call centre. We usually reply within one business day, and our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Text (604) 632-4959. Texting is welcome, and it is often the easiest start for an owner who is on the road or between jobs. One line is enough: your company name and province. We will reply and suggest a time to talk.

Call (604) 632-4959. If you'd rather talk straight away, call during business hours. If we miss you, leave your name and number and we will call back.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Email works well if you want to attach a few numbers or describe a specific decision you are facing.

Consultations happen by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. Choose whatever suits you.

What to include in your message

You don't need all of this, but each item helps us prepare:

  • Your company name and the province or provinces you work in
  • Your website address, if you have one
  • Which equipment lines you sell: furnaces, boilers, heat pumps or others
  • Roughly how many installs you did last year, by line, if you know
  • The decision on your mind, such as hiring, adding heat pumps, opening a location, or getting through winter without missed calls
  • When it suits you to talk

A sample first text, written as a template:

"Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We do furnaces and heat pumps, about [number] installs last year. I'd like to talk about [topic]. Best time: [day/time]."

What happens next

  1. We reply and set up a short first conversation by phone, video or in person.
  2. We look at a few numbers together and, if useful, compare them with public data for your province. This is where most owners spot their first question.
  3. You get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, whether for a marketing plan, a stand-alone market brief, a KPI scorecard or a mix. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.

If you choose an HVAC.Agency plan, it begins with the 7-day free trial, with no credit card required. Details are on the pricing page.

What we won't ask you for

We won't ask for passwords in a first message, and we never need payment details to start a conversation. If we later need access to your software or ad accounts, we agree how that works in writing, and access is set up by you.

We are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor, so please don't send us service requests from your customers. If a homeowner reaches us by mistake, we will point them back to a local heating company.

Before you get in touch

Some owners like to read first, and that is fine; nothing on this site asks you to sign up for anything. These pages are a good start:

  • The provincial pages show what public data says about your market.
  • The growth plan page explains how we weigh furnaces, boilers and heat pumps.
  • The guides teach the methods we use, so you can try them yourself.
  • The FAQ answers questions about contracts, ownership and reporting.

Frequently asked questions

Can I just send a text?

Yes, and many owners do. (604) 632-4959 receives texts. Send your company name and province, and we take it from there.

When will I hear back?

We usually reply within one business day. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.

Do we have to meet online?

No. We meet by video call or in person, whichever suits you, and we also work by phone, text and email.

Do I need to prepare numbers before the first conversation?

No. Rough figures help, such as last year's installs by equipment type, but the first conversation works without them.

Will you share what I send you?

No. What you send is used to understand your business and prepare a proposal. We only send messages to people who contacted us first.
