Our marketing plans and websites use HVAC.Agency's published price list, because HVAC.Agency is the parent brand that runs them. The entry point is $2,998 a month for a plan, or $3,500 once for a website. Planning work bought on its own, such as a market brief or a quarterly review, is quoted in writing before it begins. Figures are in Canadian dollars, and the invoice adds GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Monthly marketing plans

These are HVAC.Agency's three plans, as listed on hvac.agency/pricing.

Plan Price In plain terms
Starter $2,998/month For one line in one market: SEO service pages on your site, Google Business Profile and local SEO work, starter Google and Meta ad campaigns, hosting and upkeep, and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and a weekly report
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, adding video marketing, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs

For an owner using this site's planning approach, the plan choice usually follows the growth plan. If you are growing one line in one market, Starter may be enough. If you are growing two lines and need separate campaigns and reporting for each, Growth fits better. Elite suits multi-line companies that want a real-time dashboard and monthly strategy calls.

Websites

Package Price In plain terms
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom site of 5–7 pages, built in 2–3 weeks; hosting and maintenance are $149/month
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10–15 pages, built in 3–4 weeks; hosting, maintenance and CRO are $249/month
Enterprise $12,500 one-time For multi-branch heating firms: as many pages and locations as you need, delivered in 4–6 weeks, then $449/month for full management

A heating company that sells furnaces, boilers and heat pumps usually needs a separate page for each line and for each main service area, which pushes most owners toward Professional.

Advisory work, quoted in writing

The five planning services, the KPI scorecard, market data briefs, growth plan, capacity plan and quarterly review, can be bought on their own. We don't publish fixed prices for them because the effort depends heavily on your records and your service area. A brief for one city is a different job from a brief covering three provinces.

So we scope the work first and quote it in writing. You see the price, the timeline and what you will receive before anything starts. Where planning work is part of a marketing plan, your proposal says exactly what is included.

What drives the cost

Four things move the price of any engagement:

  1. Number of equipment lines. Planning and marketing furnaces alone is simpler than three lines with separate campaigns.
  2. Number of markets. Each province or distinct climate zone needs its own data and often its own campaigns.
  3. State of your records. Clean exports from field service software make a scorecard fast; scattered spreadsheets take longer.
  4. Ad spend. Paid media budgets are separate from plan fees and set by you.

Sales tax by province

Tax is added based on your province, at CRA rates as of October 2026 (CRA rate table):

  • 5% GST: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut
  • 13% HST: Ontario
  • 14% HST: Nova Scotia
  • 15% HST: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island
  • 5% GST plus 9.975% QST: Quebec

For clients in BC, Manitoba or Saskatchewan, PST appears on an invoice only where it applies to the service.

How to choose

Start with the decision you need to make. If you don't trust your numbers, start with the scorecard. If you need enquiries now, start with a plan and its 7-day free trial, and add planning work once the data is flowing. Either way, there is no lock-in, and our FAQ covers contracts and ownership. Call, text or email to get a written quote, or contact us for what to include in your first message.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a KPI scorecard or market brief cost on its own?

Stand-alone advisory work is quoted in writing once we know the scope, such as your service area and the state of your records. You see the price before anything starts.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. HVAC.Agency plans come with a 7-day free trial that includes a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.

Do your prices include tax?

No. Our figures are Canadian dollars before tax; on top we add GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). Each province page lists its own rate.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. There is no lock-in. The exact terms, including notice, are written into your proposal.

Do you offer discounts?

We show the published prices only. If your proposal combines services, everything is itemised in writing so you can see what each part costs.
